    You can expect to receive a selection of biscuits, brownies, shortbreads and a lot more.
  • How many baked goods do I get?
    Each of our monthly boxes comes with 10 different products
  • I just placed an order. How do I know what snacks will be in my box?
    The contents of each months box will remain a mystery until you receive the box. But don’t worry about important information such as nutritional, allergic and vegetarian information as this will be on each product inside the box.
  • How long are your subscription plans?
    Our subscription service is monthly and can be cancelled at anytime. 5 days notice is required before your next renewal
  • Can I choose which products I receive?
    Unfortunately not
  • I have a food allergy. Is Bakery Box right for me?
    All our products inside the box will be labelled with the required nutritional and allergic information.
  • Do I need an account to place an order?
    Yes, When you subscribe you will create an account at the same time.
  • Can I place an order over the telephone?
    No. All orders must be done online.
  • How can I cancel my subscription?
    You can cancel your subscription through your online account.
  • Can I pause my subscription?
    Yes, You can pause your subscription on your account.
  • What is your policy on refunds / exchange?
    Our products are not returnable after purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your box, please contact us and we will gladly read your feedback as we are always trying to improve the experience.
  • What if my box is damaged?
    If you receive your parcel and it arrived damaged. Please contact us and send us photos of the damage for us to investigate.
  • Do you accept returns?
    No. As our items are made to order and perishable we cannot accept returns.
  • What if my box is lost or stolen?
    Please contact us and we will investigate where your parcel has gone.
